First, about wafers.

 

1. Packaging. Wafer packaging, currently we support 6 inch, 8 inch, 12 inch blue film packaging and all kinds of pallet packaging, can use this kind of swing arm manipulator for mounting. In general, as long as the material can use vacuum adsorption, basically can use such mounting equipment, there is no requirement on the packaging of materials, we can achieve.

 

2. Size. At present, the wafer size we are involved in (or if it is a component) supports a maximum size of 15X15mm and a minimum size of 0.2X02mm. The product size within this range can be captured by our existing vision at one time. If other specifications are required, test or modify them according to the actual situation of the product.

 

3, about the installation accuracy. At present, the conventional precision mounting can be positive or negative 0.02mm ~0.05mm, but if the wafer is packed with pallets or other bulk packaging, the mounting accuracy needs to be tested according to the actual tolerance of the pallet. If Angle and position correction is needed, the swing arm manipulator cannot handle such requirements, so other schemes need to be replaced to achieve it.

 

Two, about the substrate

 

1. Materials. Currently known materials, including but not limited to conventional PCB board, FPC, ceramic, aluminum substrate, glass fiber board, no matter in gold or tin plating, we can realize the mounting, but based on different materials, the mounting requirements and accuracy will be slightly different.

 

2. Size: Currently, the conventional mounting size of the equipment is 150X250mm. If there are other special needs, we can also modify it according to the actual situation. There is no material size that cannot be solved.

 

Three, about the import and export of materials

 

1, whether it is 6 inches, 8 inches or 12 inches of hardening machine (paste machine), we can realize the automatic material or wafer in and out of the material, fully free the manual, realize the whole machine unattended.

 

2. If it is necessary to connect the equipment online, we can also provide the corresponding interface to meet the transformation requirements of the production line.
